Stomach Calming Tea

This is a God sent remedy. soothing tea

When I have my cramps and I drink this tea after a few minutes I am in heaven.
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon dried peppermint
1 teaspoon dried chamomile

1. In a small pot, pour boiling water over the dried peppermint and chamomile. Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then strain into a teacup.

2. Drink up to three cups a day to help ease intestinal cramps
