for dry skin , dry skin care ,treatment, dried up,This scrub is very helpful to me during the winter. My face stays moisturized,
cool and soft for a long
time. I
usually do the scrub two hours before going to bed at least every 5
days. I like to mix all of the liquids first and put them in a jar and then mix the dry ingredients in a seperate jar. When it is time to do the scrub I combine a small amount of both solutions and apply it gently on my face. I leave it for 25 minutes.
I then rinse my face with warm water, to remove all the dirt, and splash my face with cool water or a cool herbal concoction to close my pores.

Using this scrub as made my skin look softer and younger.
6 drops lavender oil
2 drops peppermint oil
1 tbsp lavender or chamomile
2 tbsp fine oatmeal
1/2 tbsp grine coffee
1 tbsp cornmeal
Most of these ingredients can be found in many natural food stores or online for a few bucks. Enjoy 8-).
