Do you sometimes need a moment of peace and relaxation? Because of school, work, friends, family you know life in general. Everybody has their own method of relaxation some meditate, others power nap, and then we have the extreme eaters, the crazy dancers, the ones who release their frustration on their pillows. The ones who drink a large amount of tea and you start wondering if they have something extra in that tea. Then we have the cleaners, the phone addicts and the relaxation method which surprises me the most is the person who goes skydiving or bungee jumping and calls it relaxation. I call it complete madness.

On a serious note, a few more things you can add to your list include a fun workout, soccer games, hockey, skating, fireball, dancing and much much more. You can also try watching more comedy, listening to music, praying, writing or reading a book, focusing on the positive of life, visiting my stress free page and trying aromatherapy.
 

Aromatherapy is very easy and fun to implement in your daily lifestyle. You can do it while studying, reading, praying, or 30 minutes before going to sleep add some calming music to that and you just discovered part of heaven you will sleep like a baby. The proper use of essential oils can benefit you in a positive therapeutic way.

There are many existent aromatic diffusers out there. However, I like to use the Clay Pot Diffusers because it is inexpensive and very easy for me to use.

All you need is:

water

one unscented tealight

matches

an essential oil of your choice depending on your mood

and a clay pot.

Pour a few drops of essential oils in the clay pot, add a small amount of water, light your unscented tealight, and put the unscented tealight under the clay pot. There you have it a clay pot diffuser. Give it a few minutes and you will feel a big difference in the room.
