Nourishing your skin

  After washing your skin, feed it with pure and natural essential oils. Essential  oils are rich  in nutrients  and can travel through the skin  to the deeper cells. It stimulates the circulation of the connective tissues and help prevent wrinkles from forming. The essential oil will not sit on your skin and block your pores.

Fact: Your skin regenerates very easily. Your skin cells divide and  renew themselves rapidly to gets rid of defective or dead cells as long as you take care of it.

Make sure to nourish your dry, sensitive or oily  skin with the right sort of oil and always mix your essential  oil with a carrier oil. There are many carrier oils out there you can use:
Carrier oil  
Almond oil 
Olive oil
Sweet Almond Oil    
Kukui Nut Oil
Apricot Kernel Oil  
Macadamia Nut Oil
Avocado Oil  
Meadowfoam Oil
Borage Seed Oil 
Camellia Seed Oil (Tea Oil)  
Peanut Oil
Cranberry Seed Oil  
Pecan Oil
Evening Primrose Oil  
Pomegranate Seed Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil  
Rose Hip Oil
Grapeseed Oil  
Seabuckthorn Berry Oil
Hazelnut Oil  
Sesame Oil
Hemp Seed Oil  
Sunflower Oil
Jojoba  
Watermelon Seed Oil

You can also  use ghee (clarified butter ), cocoa butter, and  shea butter.

Essential oil

For dry skin you can use  oils which are soothing ,warm and sweet such as lavendervanilla, geranium, red sandalwood, ginger, saffron, nutmeg , lemon, siang and neroli.

For sensitive skin you want  an oil which is soothing, cooling and sweet such as: ylang-ylang, minth, sandalwood, coriander, camphor or cumin.

Lavender , eucalyptus, bergamot, patchouli, clove, and camphor are warm, stimulating and fairly pungent  oils which are more beneficial for oily skin.
