If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. romans 10:9

Making an Infusion

making some teaMaking an herbal infusion is like making a cup of tea. Place 3 teaspoons of fresh herb leaves or 1 teaspoon of dried herb leaves in a tea cup.

Pour ½ cup boiling water over the leaves, cover with
saucer, and let steep for 5 or 10 minutes. Strain the drink while hot or let it cool if you are going to use it as part of a lotion or gargle. The infusion may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
