If you have constipation it would be best to change your diet. Eat
plenty of fresh fruits everyday, such as figs, apples and tamarind.
Yellow dock-(Rumex crispus), Chinese rhubarb (Rheum palmatum). Make a
decoction using 1 tsp of yellow dock or Chinese rhubarb to 1 cup
of water and take before going to bed.

Constipation-two teaspoons of castor oil to a glass of hot water.
Drink plenty of water and drink or snack on fruits such as bananas, apples, prunes and peaches and try eating more fibres.
