5 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.Mat 10:5-8

Remedies  for Constipation:

Irregular bowels will occur if waste material in the large intestine moves too slowly through the large intestine.  This will create infrequent or irregular bowel movements. The stool will look dry, dark,  hard and some times it will come out in small chunks. A normal stool will look  moist and as an almost like S shape with a light brown. Constipation is severe when the number of bowel movement becomes less than three times per week.
