4 drops peppermint essential oil
2 tablespoons almond or olive oil
1. In a small dish, mix essential oils
with the almond or olive oil.
2. Rub the mixture onto
your chest and
cover with a damp, warm flannel(try warming the damp flannel in the
microwave).
Leave on until the warmth fades.
