Artichoke helps with dry or damaged skin. It reduces flaking and
1fresh artichoke heart, well cooked, or canned hearts in water, not oil.
2 teaspoons of light oil (avocado, olive, or canola)
1 teaspoon vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1. Mash artichoke heart in a ceramic bowl. Mix in oil and vinegar or lemon juice. Stir well until smooth paste is formed.
2. Massage gently on your face and neck. Let the mixture sit on your face for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
